I have the BEST job in the world! I think that all Celebrants would say the same. We feel extremely privileged to be part of the celebrations of life's special moments. I live in Liverpool and I am most often asked to conduct ceremonies in the North-West of England and North Wales, but I am more than happy to travel anywhere, within the U.K. or overseas. I have been conducting weddings for over 20 years. That doesn't mean I think that I've seen and heard it all - far from it! - but it does mean that I know, and care about, what I'm doing, have built a solid reputation, and you can rely on me. I am as 'hands on' or 'hands off', as you prefer, with advice and suggestions. If you have no idea where to start, that is fine! I will help and support you, and together we will design a personal and memorable ceremony. If you know exactly what you want, of course, that is also absolutely fine. Together, we will make your 'dream ceremony' a reality. I pride myself on my attention to detail and being fully prepared but I am flexible, resourceful and more than capable of thinking on my feet - all with a calm demeanour and a good sense of humour (this feels a bit like an online dating profile!) I love animals, especially dogs. Our Sprollie (Springer Spaniel/Border Collie), Pip, came to our wedding and there aren't many things that make me smile more than a ceremony with a dog (except maybe a ceremony with two dogs?) But don't worry, while your canine friends will be made to feel very welcome - they aren't compulsory! Dog-free weddings are also wonderful.
