Usually begins over the phone or an online enquiry. Once quotes have been agreed, we invite the bride into the salon for a trial with Hair/Make-up where they are asked questions about the day, dress, colour theme, likes, dis-likes etc so that we can get a better picture of the idea they have. It is always useful if the bride has pictures of her desired look so that we can offer our advice and guidance on things to suit them. The trial can take up to 2 hours as the stylist normally tires a few different styles and takes photos in order to show the bride. This is the same for Make-up.
Trials can also be arranged for Bridesmaids and other guests too.
There is no limit to the amount of trials one may have but we have always covered the brides needs in the first trial as the stylists are very good listeners.
Trials over, we then ensure we have all the relevant information for the day listed on our files before we see them again on 'The Big Day'.
