Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Neat, bold, organised, colourful, visual
What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of the fact that I have built my business purely through word of mouth
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't leave booking suppliers to the last minute.....we are currently booking weddings in our diary for the year after next!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The mother of the bride wanted to surprise her daughter on the day with a three tier rice crispie cake with Lindt chocolate truffles. This was a gift to the bride before she cut her real cake as a reminder of the small rice crispie cakes they used to make when she was a child.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our process generally involves an e-mail or telephone conversation to confirm date availability. We will discuss style of cake and whether fruit or sponge cake and type of fillings, number of servings and then we will provide an estimate and discuss a cake tasting.
