Amelie's Kitchen

Amelie’s Kitchen was founded in 2011 by former graphic designer Helen. After baking for years for family and friends Helen finally took the plunge setting up her business and it soon grew into a full time concern. Since launch Helen worked on creating a look and style that was distinctly “Amelie’s Kitchen.” Her cakes always had a very feminine, pretty feel to them which led her to purely focussing on making wedding cakes. From her home based studio in Ipswich she designs and hand crafts each cake individually ensuring that every last detail is exquisitely executed. She has been on courses with some of the world’s leading wedding cake designers to learn techniques that make her wedding cakes of the highest standard possible. An Amelie’s Kitchen wedding cake not only looks good but tastes delicious too. She uses the finest quality ingredients, including fresh free range eggs, to ensure that each and every cake tastes sublime. The menu has been carefully developed to include delicious, light and creamy patisserie style buttercreams, french style conserves, silky ganaches and swiss fondant . The kitchen has a 5 star rating (the highest) from the local council and Helen has completed a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate. Amelie’s Kitchen is all about creating the best tasting and most gorgeous looking cake for your wedding possible. Nothing leaves the kitchen unless it is 100% perfect!
