What is your most memorable wedding?
I made three individual tiered naked wedding cakes for a 550 wedding guests. All the cakes were different flavours, stem ginger with ginger syrup buttercream. Red velvet with cream cheese frosting and a classic victoria sponge. Bathed in fresh flowers and seasonal fruit, they looked truly magnificant and delicious!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Every bridal couple have loved what I have created. I have a card or message from every single client saying thank you. This speaks for itself the care and attention I put into my wedding cakes.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Try and not get stressed about the tiny details of the wedding day. All the people in the world that love you will be there willing it all to go well.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Mouth organs were taped to the underside of the guests chairs as a surprise.and when they were all singing 'It must be love' by madness they had to join in on the mouth organs for the chorus.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I have an initial conversation on either the phone or email to get the brief requirements. I then organise a cake tasting session, when the couple get chance to try some delicious flavours and fillings. Alongside this we can discuss requirements and design a super special custom wedding cake to tie in perfectly to the wedding
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
A 5 tier wedding cake in the style of Guadi's park in Barcelona. The whole cake was covered in tiny handcut tiny fondant mosaic pieces that formed different patterns on each tier. It was bold and definitely unique to reflect the couples flamboyant nature and wedding!
