If you want a party in your mouth Bad Ass Cakes design cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, private customers and companies; and all types of office celebrations including product launches, summer balls and corporate gifts . Barbara has a number of signature recipes including the secret family recipe organic Jamaican Rum Cake, Island in the Sun; Mango, pineapple & coconut cake and 'The' best chocolate cake around. Barbara baked cakes with her mother (who in turn used to bake with her mum) as a child and now has many delicious recipes under her belt. She sells at a farmers market every Saturday in London. Their customers are international as well as locals who come every week for their “Bad Ass fix”. Their cakes stand out from the crowd because they work hard on flavours. They want your wedding cake to look amazing and taste delicious too and they don't accept one without the other. They are always determined to use the best quality ingredients they can find in order to get the best out of them. Moist, light cakes are what their customers tell them they do best.
