What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding with a woodland theme at Macdonald Ansty Hall. All the tables were named after a type of bird. The cake was the star attraction - woodland theme complete with ornamental birds appearing to fly around it. A 3-tier cake with each tier a different flavour - chocolate, lemon and vanilla - and catering for a low sugar, non-dairy diet.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Modern, On-Trend, Artistic, Beautiful, Fresh
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't forget the cake. Many couples leave it till the last minute - best to get the cake arrangements in the diary as early as possible. I hear so many stories of couples being let down as they just didn't realise how busy the wedding season is.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Handwritten notes from the bride and groom to their guests
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Phone discussion - meeting - samples - agreement and contract - final arrangements - delivery and set up
