Here at Birch House Bakery we are passionate about creating elegant, contemporary and truly delicious cakes. We are proud to provide a bespoke personalised service to ensure together we create the perfect centrepiece for your wedding day. Based in a country kitchen in Balcombe, West Sussex we are committed to using fresh quality and seasonal ingredients, including minimum 70% cocoa, Madagascan Vanilla and organic free range eggs. As experts in French macaron making we also offer macaron favours as a sweet treat for your guests.
