Specialising in beautiful sugar flowers and traditional Royal Icing techniques, I completed my City and Guilds in Professional Patisserie & Confectionery and Creative Sugarcraft at Eastbourne College of Food and Fashion. My career as a pastry chef included 4 & 5 * hotels in the south east and a Michelin star restaurant in London.
I now work from my studio in my home in Hastings, covering East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and the Kent borders.
