What is your most memorable wedding?
My own! I spent so much time making everything to make it personal and a unique day, so many people commented on how special it was and were completely amazed by the cake - of course I made my own!

Very detailed and a perfectionist, I also specialise in traditional piped royal icing along with naked or semi naked cakes.
What about your business are you most proud of?
The positive comments, gifts and thank you cards I receive - I must be doing something right!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book as early as you can. I can only make a certain number of cakes a week, if you find a cake maker you love book them as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
hanging centre pieces with a dense ring of flowers and foliage with hanging glass ball candle holders

understanding their requirements either over the phone, face to face or through emails and then providing a quote.

Naked cakes and intricate hand piped royal icing cakes

Hanging chandelier cake and Lego themed cake
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have a degree in design and love creating with my hands, I use to bake for friends and family.
When a friend tasked me with the challenge to me to make a chocolate covered cake for her wedding it seemed like a natural progression into the wedding cake business.
