After more than 27 years since first experimenting with flower paste, I take great delight in creating things from an edible modelling paste, particularly replicating flowers which I get immense satisfaction and pleasure in making as life like as possible.
Whether you are looking for a traditional wedding cake, a cupcake tower or something more contemporary I can create something individual for you. When it comes down to the actual cake, I always say that a good cake should be light, delicious and leave you wanting another piece!
