At Cakes by the Park, I understand the importance of having a perfect cake to reflect your perfect day. I work closely with all couples to make sure each wedding cake is a bespoke, truly unforgettable addition to your special day. Using inspiration from invitations to venue, from dress to lifestyle, from art to pop culture... anything and everything is possible. When you first enquire with me I'll advise on my availability for your wedding date and provide you with an approximate price; based on your guest numbers and any design ideas you may already have. ​ As all of my cakes are bespoke, prices can vary depending on the size, flavour, and complexity of design, so please do contact me for a quote. My decadent cakes only use the finest ingredients, such as deliciously smooth Belgian chocolate and luxury jams and preserves, with only 1 wedding cake order taken per week to maintain my high quality standards. ​ All wedding cake orders require a £100 booking fee, this is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit which secures your date in my diary, and means you can then relax and enjoy the rest of your wedding planning! The remainder of the balance will be due 1 month before your wedding date. ​ Flavour should always come first; after all it is cake! ​ Standard Cake Sample box is available on request for £20 for 2 people. This includes 5 slices of 5 pre-selected flavours. A Deluxe Cake Sample Box is available on request for £28 for up to 2 people. This includes 5 slices of 5 flavours of your choice from my menu. A couple of cheeky macarons or cookies will be included too depending on availability. ​ ​ I also offer complimentary design consultations, and usually these take place 6-9 months before the big day. Then a couple of months before your wedding I'll be in touch to confirm all the important details, (such as flavour choices!) before sending out a final invoice.
