What is your most memorable wedding?

A venue in a Barn in Shropshire, that had been a blank canvas but the bride and groom had done everything themselves (not the cake) to make it personal. Even pink uplighting !

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A tradition of passing a bridal cup around the guests. The Father of the bride passed it around the guests until it arrived back at the bride and groom to drink from.

Don't get overly obsessed, everything comes together fantastically on the day. Let the service providers take the stress off you.

What is your signature cake?

Pear, ginger and chocolate crumble- everyone who tastes it, loves it!

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

Four tier birdcage design

Telephone conversation, followed by a face to face consultation, drawings, then taste samples if required, followed by details on a booking form agreed by the couple, then finally a deposit paid.
