Charlotte Emily Cake Design was established in 2012 by cake designer Charlotte Cliffe. Formerly Let’s Eat Cake and rebranded in 2015, Charlotte Emily Cake Design creates beautiful bespoke wedding and celebration cakes from our kitchen in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
All of our cakes are baked from scratch using only the finest and locally sourced ingredients including free range eggs, real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgian couverture chocolate. Each of our cakes has four layers of sponge and three layers of delicious fillings.
For a flawless finish all of our cakes are covered with a layer of white chocolate ganache before being covered with a thin layer of luxury Swiss fondant.
In addition to making cakes, Charlotte has also designed and written many projects for Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine and her work has been featured in numerous publications.
