We are professionally trained chefs and sugar craft specialists, so you can be sure that your cake, will not only be beautiful but also taste wonderful. We will walk you through the whole process, designing your cake using our expertise to match your desires, wishes and budget. We are more than happy to deal with any dietary requirements to make sure everyone can enjoy your day. We have a range of different flavours for you to choose from, ranging from the classic fruit, chocolate or vanilla, to something more exotic, red velvet or chocolate orange, plus many more. We also make fabulously decorated Cup-cakes and favours, and can combine your chosen design into the colours and theme of your day. What is your most memorable wedding?
We have been lucky enough to be invited to be involved with many weddings from lavish to simple and all of them are special, but the most memorable has to be our own

The look of sheer joy on our clients faces when they see their cake
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
avoid disappointment by planning early, you don't want to be rushing around making arrangements in the last couple of days.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The double fronted cake we made for Emma and Chris which is featured in our photos. Both are serving officers in the RAF and both love the mountains. They wanted this reflected in their cake, we all decided on a traditional white fronted cake with classic sugar flowers with atheme including planes and colours associated with the RAF. The rear was a mountain scene looking up a long valley. The happy couple stood proudly on top Chris in his dress uniform and Emma in her Mountain Rescue outfit. We were helped immensely buy the venue who were able to position the cake in the centre of the room so guest had a full 360 degree access
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Following initial contact, we always like to touch base with our couples, hold a consultation were ideas can be formulated. We would then create some designs for consideration, then work on a final draft design incorporating everything discussed and agreed. Once everyone is happy with the design, flavours, colours and service we provide we proceed to making decorating and finally the delivery

Our three tier cake with handmade beautiful sugar flowers cascading down from top to bottom
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Our double fronted cake as stated above
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
Probably like most cake makers we were asked by friends to make theirs some years ago and it just kind of snowballed
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
A huge traditional Croquembouche, glistening with caramel, and filled with totally unhealthy, but heavenly cream
