What is your most memorable wedding?
Making a huge 7 tier wedding cake for a family friend, I was given free reign as it was a gift from myself to them and each tier and sugar flower was made with love, the look on their faces when they saw the cake was a quick reminder as to why I do and love this job!

All of it, from small cupcake beginnings to where I am now I could of never imagined how far I would of come

Book the big important things early as all of the good suppliers diaries fill super quickly
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Succulent plants for each guest to take tlc of just how a marriage should be treated
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We take the booking and arrange for the couple to come for a full consultation where we discuss their wedding in fine detail and I ask to see pictures of everything the more details I have the better the cake design, they then take home one of our luxury cake boxes filled with all of our cake samples and they can decide which flavours they would like in their own cakes.
What is your signature cake?
Anything pretty with flowers I really do a huge variety of designs and my raspberry and white chocolate cake is always a huge hit
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
For me it was the Roman numerals on the front of a cake, when the brides saw that it seemed to explode and they were everywhere.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I've always been in the wedding industry as I'm a hairdresser to trade so I have done wedding hair, the cake I done for fun on the side but after having my 3rd child i decided I didn't want to do hair anymore I wanted to do wedding cakes so it's been a huge journey for me.
