Gone are the days when wedding cakes had to be fruit cake covered in white icing.
Now the choice is endless from naked to metallic cakes covered in edible flowers.
I enjoy meeting the couples to start the creative process of delivering their unique centre piece.
Some have a specific design in mind, others a vague notion of the style of cake they may like. Usually there is at least a colour palette or flower scheme that the cake needs to compliment.
I provide a choice of sponge and filling flavours, including the ever popular chocolate cake.Frosting finish designs are also very popular at the moment. Traditional fruit bases and wedding cupcakes are also an option.
