Take your time to decide, and enjoy the planning
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Deconstructed cupcakes in jars for the female guests and homemade beer made by the groom, all with lovely personalised labels.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My process is first a call or email with the wedding couple to arrange their consultation, invite them to my home to have a chat and taste the samples over a cup of tea or coffee or take them home to share with their wedding party. Follow up phone call or visit to finalise design, bake and deliver on the morning of the wedding.
What is your signature cake?
I guess my signature cake would have to be classic Madagascan vanilla or Sicilian lemon, decorated with fresh flowers
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
A pure white cake with handmade white sugar flowers, roses and peonies with 2 horses head toppers.

If I had the time my showstopper would be 5 tiers of cake with cascading pastel flowers
