I absolutely pride myself on ensuring that your cake tastes as divine as it looks and to ensure this I only use the highest quality ingredients including organic British butter, free range farm eggs, organic citrus fruits and Belgium chocolate. If you're looking for a supplier who will be as excited about your wedding cake as you are then look no further - my aim is to make sure that your cake designing is not just stress free but really fun and exciting! And what about all those yummy extras? Well, I also specialise in dessert tables such as cupcakes, mini cakes, cakepops, macarons, meringues and marshmallows! With over 7 years professional experience, a 5* Food Hygiene rating from Maldon Council, an NVQ level 2 in Food Hygiene and full public liability insurance you can be assured your dream wedding cake is in very safe hands.

What is your most memorable wedding?
This has to be the wedding with the pink flamingos wandering around....this definitely doesn't happen at many cake set ups!

I love seeing framed photos of Grandparent's wedding days! What a beautiful touch!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Each couple is invited to a complimentary tasting and design consultation where we discuss your ideas over tea and cake. Once I have sketched out some ideas with you I will then email over your quotes. If you then wish to secure your date with me I ask for a small non refundable deposit.
What is your signature cake?
I don't think I have a "signature cake", I think I have lots of gorgeous flavours, each special in it's own way.....
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
This would have to be my peacock cake - it was a real masterpiece and very different to my usual style
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I've always loved baking but once I started my family and waved goodbye to a career in a corporate world my enjoyment flourished and so my business was born.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Ooooh......maybe something big! 5 tiers of lustre, ruffles and sugar flowers!
