- Jacques and Lilie was created by Amandine and Paul, grandchildren of well-respected bakers in the South West of France. They grew up surrounded by scrumptious cakes and tasty treats and using these beloved memories from the baking of their childhood, they decided to work together to follow in their grandparents’ footsteps: reintroducing some great classic cakes as well as spicing up some of the old recipes with fresh and exotic flavours, the perfect delicate snacks for your special day. For your wedding we can offer: - Les Canneles: A speciality from Bordeaux; according to our grandad, ‘a true Cannele must be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside’ - The Madeleine: A soft delicacy that can hide a surprise on the inside - The Coeur Coco: a delicious coconut cake in a charming heart shape that hides an irresistible chocolate ganache at the center. We suggest using our canneles as favor cakes, our coeur coco for a romantic touch on the sweet bar, or why not mix and match our cakes to make a delicious centerpiece with something for everyone?
