What is your most memorable wedding?
Every single wedding is sweet and memorable in its own way! All our cakes are bespoke which means that we aim to concentrate on each couple's own love story.

We're proud of 100% of our company. We deal with everything ourselves (from designing and baking to delivering and photographing) so we can be as involved in the process as possible. This helps us really focus on what every couple needs from us to make sure their day is sweet!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Lately, 'hidden objects' or edible decorations tucked away amongst florals have been popular. They're a great way to add an extras personal touch to any cake. They can tell a story of how the couple met or just be an inside joke! We've created cookies / iced biscuits nestled behind meringue kisses and roses or crafted special sugar elements to symbolise where the happy couple were engaged!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We were both headed for academic careers. Felicity was working towards lecturing in Historical Architecture. Krystle was working at Literary Archival work before then lecturing in English Literature. We needed a little break so we began creating cakes and patisseries. 3 months later we were working for The Happy Egg Co., and Tala before then working with Craftsy.com! Since then we've developed recipes and content for DK Publishing, Benefit Cosmetics, Olivia Burton Watches, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Homepride Flour, Royal Albert, eBay UK and more!
