What is your most memorable wedding?
My friends wedding! I created a three tier cake covered in organic edible flower petals and sourced wooden elements as this cake was for a Pagan wedding! I had never been to one before and it was a spectacular wedding, a very non traditional wedding bit the cake fitted in perfectly! I adore doing wedding cakes, and when it's for your friend? It's just wonderful!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

What about your business are you most proud of?
We are totally proud of our own style of cakes. Daring to be different!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't forget the wedding is YOUR day, not a day to please everyone else. If you want a particular style of venue, outfit, cake, then you go for what's right for you and your partner! Do
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I absolutely adore when couples have a table for family members that are no longer with us. My Nan was a significant person in my life but sadly passed away when I was 16, so she missed out on an awful lot of things I would have loved to have shared with her. Therefore, I can really relate when Bride's and Grooms do something to remember those not with us. I think it's beautiful.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When I am first contacted by a lovely couple, I ask for a brief description of the requirements before arranging an appointment to discuss the design or cake tasting. Following the tasting if the couple would like to book my service I discuss with the client their very own tailored plan for their special cake.
What is your signature cake?
Watercolor cakes are my absolute favorite. Hand painted, buttercream, you name it, I can turn it into a water colour masterpiece.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
It all started with a broken leg believe it or not! My baking journey started when I broke my leg in a freak accident and I was sitting down a lot. I got into cake decoration and the rest is history. Creating and designing bespoke cakes are my passion and I couldn't imagine doing anything else now!
