Each of my bespoke wedding cakes is created with inspiration from your wedding dress, stationery, colours and themes. Whether you want traditional, contemporary, simple & elegant or fun & funky, I can create a cake that reflects your unique style and that will be remembered for many years to come.
And to ensure they taste as good as they look I use only the best ingredients, including real butter and free-range eggs. My rich fruit cakes have a high fruit content and contain both brandy and port for a rich, full flavour (alcohol-free fruit cakes also available). Sponge cake flavours include Traditional Vanilla, filled with jam & buttercream; Chocolate, with smooth, rich chocolate buttercream (or shake it up a bit with a delicious alternative flavoured buttercream); delicious Vanilla Caramel flavour sponge with buttercream; Zesty Lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream; Chocolate orange sponge filled with layers of orange curd and chocolate buttercream; Baileys sponge with Baileys buttercream; and Coconut & Lime with lime curd buttercream; Champagne & Strawberry flavour – to name just a few.
