What is your most memorable wedding?
A back garden marquee wedding in 2016, the bride & groom were really DIY in their approach. Homemade gin for favours, traditional garden games all hand painted, a cake stand from a their neighbours woods... they even grew all of their own Spring Bulb Flowers for table decorations! It was steeped in family values and true love <3

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am very proud that we have values and we stick to these - we only use fresh & wholesome ingredients, organic where possible and this shines through in the taste of our cakes!

Do what makes you happy and only you <3
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Probably fresh bulbs being homegrown but the brides family for flowers
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We exchange emails with ideas and quotes, we meet up for a coffee and I bring cake for tasting, I provide an initial quote and take a 25% deposit to secure your date, we connect on Instagram or Pinterest to swap ideas and we meet again a couple of months prior to the wedding to finalise designs.

A Semi Naked 3 tiered cake with Macarons & Fresh Flowers.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Strawberry & Basil Macarons!
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I love to eat cake! I was nicknamed Pudding face as a child so it has always been in my heart... I started self teaching how to make cakes and took classes, I am still to this day taking new classes to learn new techniques.
