All of our cakes are baked to order using the freshest local ingredients. They are covered either with white, milk or dark chocolate ganache, or a flavoured buttercream to suit your requirements and give a flawless finish when iced. If you are ordering a tiered cake, remember that each tier can be a different flavour, so you can really spoil yourself with choice. It is recommended that the heavier tiers (such as fruitcake) are positioned at the bottom.
Alternative wedding cake flavours are available upon request and we are happy to suggest combinations that work well together.
