What is your most memorable wedding?
With the couples 4 tier stacked Wedding Cake safely packaged up, I was taken by launch across the Thames together with the couples rock band to a private island where the wedding was to be held.

Its never too early to start planning, it then gives you plenty of time to access suppliers and take your time to make decisions

A picture of every guest with the couple hanging from a balloon
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Most couples visit me at my studio after viewing my website or following a recommendation. Visits are by appointment only and usually take between 1 and 2 hours.
During a consultation you will be offered a section of cake samples to try and have the opportunity to browse through my extensive range of portfolios.
Then the fun begins, I will mock up a cake design for you using items in the studio which will give you a good idea of cake size and style. Once you are happy with the ideas we have discussed I will make a note of your requirements and send you a quote which is held for 7 days.
What is your signature cake?
Although I am really well known for my Wonky Wedding cakes; my bespoke silhouette cakes are now a very big part of my business .
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
A dual sided wedding cake with aspects of the game Final Fantasy- where the couple met
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I started making cakes and pastries for my fathers shop when i was a little girl, years later I embarked on making my childrens' birthday cakes which i thoroughly enjoyed doing.
I then decided to start entering competitions and my business was founded after winning gold awards for my designs.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
It would have to be something tall, colourful and quirky
