Firstly we organise a friendly consultation once the bride and groom have decided if they wish to taste our cakes and talk about their requests. Lots of free flowing tea and cake and deep discussion with laughter because this is where we start to get to know the bride and groom in their own personalities. They taste the cakes and if they are happy they normally come back to us within the day or two. We normally follow up the consultation if they were happy with everything and if the answer is yes we send them a booking form. We secure the order with. Deposit and signed booking form. We normally have 2-3 consultations with them to discuss the finer details and ensure everything is as it should be.
