Our style is modern, clean, elegant and luxurious. We are dedicated to creating flavourful sweets and will work with you to create a stunning centrepiece cake, dessert table or favours that tastes as delicious as it looks, inspired by your personal style with our exemplary personal service. Many of our couples have international roots and we welcome those marrying in our region. We love to get to know our couples during the consultation stage and build a rapport with them. Based in Nottingham city centre in our home bakery we have been awarded a 5* food hygiene rating from Nottingham City Council. We consistently receive 5* reviews for our customer service, professionalism and our cakes and treats. We are dedicated to satisfying your needs beyond expectation.

What is your most memorable wedding?
Creating the wedding cake for one of my closest friends has been a big highlight. It is still one of my favourite cakes to date and everyone loved it, especially the bride and groom!

Huge suspended floral display hung from the ceiling of the summer house with so many beautiful flowers
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Couples typically contact me via the website and complete the contact form. I will then get in touch with them and ask them for a little more information about their requirements and their wedding style. I invite couples to consultation meetings and cake tasting or we can continue working together via email or telephone call. I then pull together the inspiration and create a bespoke cake design for them. Once it is right and they are happy we confirm the order and they receive a new client guide with all of the information they need. We are then eager and excited to deliver their perfect cake on their wedding day!
What is your signature cake?
The crowd pleasers are summer fruits and signature chocolate.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Each wedding cake is bespoke and created to complement the wedding design. The most original cake would have to be a tropical buttercream cake and dessert table (as pictured).
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I started baking back in 2009 and have steadily developed a style that I describe as modern, clean and creative. Based in my Nottingham-city home bakery, I work really hard to create flavourful cakes, dessert table and favours that taste as delicious as they look. I particularly enjoy working with buttercream and love texture as much as I love to create a smooth, clean silhouette.
