What is your most memorable wedding?
I once provided a tiered cake and desserts for a couple who were hosting their own beautiful wedding at home. They were very welcoming, helpful and friendly when I arrived to set up.
They were cool as cucumbers while they and their family and friends bustled about cooking all of the savoury food and getting everything (and everyone) ready for the celebrations. This already seemed like more work and responsibility than most couples take charge of on their wedding day... then they told me that they had only finished building the kitchen the day before!
Their calm, down-to-earth, can-do attitude was inspiring, and makes this a particularly memorable wedding!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud of our recipes; our cakes taste and look fantastic, without the use of any artificial colours or flavourings. We consistently receive praise from our clients about the lovely textures and the interesting, well-balanced flavours of our products, and that they are "not too sweet".
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Have fun and enjoy the wedding planning experience, and don't sweat the small stuff!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A bride and groom who are particularly fond of White Rose Bakes' sea-salted caramel decided to spread the joy and ordered a jar for each of their guests to take home as a wedding favour!

How we work:
Step 1: Fill in our Wedding Questionnaire Form and Contact Alice to discuss how she can design and make a stunning and exciting selection of delicious sweet bakes for your very own personal dessert table.
Step 2: We will send you ideas and designs to suit your requirements, preferences, and budget.
Step 3: You tell us what changes and tweaks you want to make.
Step 4: We send you revisions.
Step 5: We invite you to a complimentary tasting, either at the bakery or a venue of your choice.
Step 6: We discuss and agree any final menu revisions you would like.
Step 7: We ask for a 50% deposit on your agreed menu, to be paid before your wedding.
Step 8: On your wedding day, the cake fairies come and set up before your celebrations begin.
Step 9: We ask for the remaining 50% balance to be paid within 30 days after your wedding.
