My priority is to offer my customers a unique service where the taste is as important as the look. Using the freshest ingredients and my experience as a French Patisserie Chef, I work closely with my customers to help them design the perfect wedding cake for their dream wedding. I can also offer a range of wedding favours such as French Macarons, home made Jams or some luscious spreadable Salted Caramel jars, personalised cookies, cake pops and much more... Take your time to chose carefully your wedding suppliers.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

They usually contact me for a quote. If they are happy with it, we sit down for a cake consultation where they can try the cakes and work together on the design. If they are too far for a consultation, I send them directly some samples for them to try and work by emails with photos and other inspirations to come to the perfect design.

What is your signature cake?

My chocolate and homemade almonds and hazelnuts praliné! In term of design, my pink Watercolour cake is the one who attracts the most attention.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

I have been a pâtisserie Chef for years now but I came to England for my passion of wedding cakes. In France we are still discovering that art of Cake Design and here in England I have learnt from the best and I can now offer my knowledge and expertise from both worlds.
