A thoroughly unhelpful response to the question "how much will it cost?" would be, "depends where you cut the string!" Without having specific details like date, guest numbers and timings, staffing requirements, location, menu preferences and site facilities (if any), asking how much it will cost at the outset is not dissimilar to walking into an estate agent and asking how much is a house. Give us an idea what you have in mind and we should be able to give you a rough indication of what to expect before actually sitting down and working everything out accurately once specific details are known.

We have recently invested in a "burger van". But, this not your average, greasy, dirty lay-by vehicle, this is, essentially, a fully fledged mobile kitchen. So yes, whilst we can flip burgers and fry chips if that's what you would like, being experienced and professional outside caterers of many years standing, we are not limited to just "fry ups". The van is available either as a supporting kitchen to the usual marquee service tent or as stand alone facility providing the late evening snack or brunch the following day.
