Wedding menu solutions are tailored to your individual requirements and ranging from fantastic canapés receptions, wedding breakfasts, hot or cold fork buffets, bbq’s or indulgent afternoon tea menus all are designed to give you both choice and flexibility in the style of food and service. We offer a free consultation and quoting service; along with wedding menu tasting that takes place in our production kitchens or at your chosen venue.

When the bride was Irish and the groom South African and we incorporated both into the dishes.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Have a chat to discuss ideas and budgets, come up with a couple of proposed menus, discuss any thoughts, organise a tasting, come in and meet the team to go through any finer details of service etc and more importantly to try the dishes, stay in contact and if happy to book then deposit is asked for and the planning for the big daybegins!
