What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Speak to your preferred suppliers in person before making decisions, or better still meet with them in person - you can't get 'the feel' from a machine.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
There have been so many over the years that we couldn't really pick one out but the best moment for us is when the bride and groom exchange 'that look' and you know they are meant for each other.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initially we respond to most enquiries by email and try to follow with a phone call as we value to chance to speak to any potential customer in person. This is followed by a meeting with the bridal couple either at their home or at the venue at which we discuss not only the food they would like for the reception but also their plan for the rest of the reception so that everyone knows who will be doing what on the day. We think this part of the process is vital to make sure the day runs smoothly.
