What is your most memorable wedding?
Monty's sisters (My sister in laws), it was the hottest day of the year in 2015 and was the most perfect day set in the garden. It was so hot we had the sides of the marquee up all day and night! It was the greatest day because we were both so involved in helping set up the day and help make it the most memorable weddings

What about your business are you most proud of?
I absolutely love that we serve lamb from our family farm. Farm to Fork is something we are really passionate about and it is great sharing the insane flavors from our farm. Another thing to be proud of is our trusty trailer. We converted it ourselves so we feel it is the perfect work environment.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Evening Food is absolutely key and often the food everyone remember after they have worked up their appetites on your dance floor!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Wild Flowers are beautiful
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We are pretty relaxed with couples, we like to hear what kind of food they're into, if there is anyway we can tailor our menu to their needs/ give their evening an extra personal quirk. Obviously we like to hear the couple budgets, projected guest numbers and serving time.
How would you wow the judges on Masterchef?
With our extremely popular gourmet burger from our menu: The Bo's Burger;. Lamb burger with Halloumi and Mixed Leaf Salad seved on fresh white bun with mint yoghurt and red pepper chutney (NOM)!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
Shredded Lamb Wraps served with cucumber, pomegrante, mint yoghurt and salad. think duck wrap but lamb.
