The musicians caused the odd sleepless night
Chris and I want to thank you, Chloe and your team for the combined effort in making the reception such a success. You will be pleased to know that we have received many compliments on the food and wonderful service provided throughout the afternoon. Your professionalism and management style made the mother-of-the-bride feel very secure..I do not doubt that Philip's arrangements with the musicians caused the odd sleepless night...but I am sure you will agree that it was worth it! Despite being on the other side of the world I never had to worry about anything you were involved with because you were so organised. We can't have had a more wonderful day.
Hi Julie, Just wanted to send a quick note to say a huge thank you for Saturday. We had the most magical day. I can't tell you how many people asked me what was happening in their heads, as they ate the peach explosion ;-) Everyone loved it!!! But they all loved everything. It was all perfect. Effectevent were amazing, your Rebecca and Laura were perfect and the food was just as we remembered it. We can't have had a more wonderful day. We're on our honeymoon, of sorts, with my Dad and Ian's Mum. But we'll make contact when we're back and thank you again. It was magical! Cheers Pam xx

The food and the service was amazing!
Hi Chloe, I hope you are doing well and that you are a bit more relaxed now that July is over! We are back from our "honeymoon" (my family came along, so we rented a house with 10 people) I wanted to thank you for all your work on our wedding and tell you that everything went according to plan on the day and even better! You were on every detail and it was a pleasure to know that you were there looking after everyone. We have had complements from a lot of guests saying that the food and the service were amazing! A spectacular success!
Dear Chloe We just wanted to write you a proper thank you for all of your hard work over the last year, helping to make our wedding day such a spectacular success. It felt like we had been planning it for years (!), so it was always going to be a challenge to see if the reality could ever match our expectations. But we both were absolutely overjoyed with every aspect of the day - it all ran so smoothly from start to finish and we both really appreciated how much care and attention you paid to ensuring we had everything we needed. Julie, thank you also for putting together such a great menu - the food all tasted fantastic and was beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved everything! The scallops were a complete hit, and the evening buffet went down a treat. The G&T mini cornettos were also the perfect endnote for a sunny drinks reception, what a brilliant suggestion. I'm sure you guys haven't had much of a chance to sit back and enjoy yourselves in the height of wedding season, but we just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated all your effort, diligence and care. A clear marquee for 250 guests within the courtyard of Fulham Palace where the guests dined under the stars.

A bride organised a surprise Haka performance for her new husband - it was very emotional and it was certainly a tear jerker!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

First steps is to arrange a initial planning meeting - we would discuss the day in great detail with lots of questions being asked (don't worry you don't need all the answers at this stage but it gives you lots of think about), from the timings to the menu to recommending suppliers. After that first meeting you will go away with a plan of action and your day feeling a lot more real. Next meeting will be your tasting (the best bit apart from the day itself), we will invite you to our head office to give you the opportunity to taste your wedding menu and your wines. Finally a last meeting that will pull all the last details together and walk through the day step by step.
