Hello :o) ! We specialise in marvellous italian/ English feasts for your wedding day where we aim to make presentation and taste at the forefront so that your nosh will be unforgettable!

We are able to offer unusual and creative menus for your wedding day feast where we can sit down with you and have a chat about what you are looking for, if you have any themes you would like us to incorporate into your meal and what you are expecting from the day! that way, we can get to know you a little better and get a feeling of what you both would like! We have had festival themed weddings before, interactive menus, classic style and buffet style weddings so we relish the opportunity to do the unusual! If you have already got your three course meal mapped out in your head… just let us know… we will gladly cook that for you! Or if you don't have a clue…then we will happily send you some menu ideas for you to think about…then go from there! We do not have a set of menu's that we pull out for every wedding… We will always sit down and think up menus that we feel you would appreciate, so you will never have the same menu as another couple. In the run up to your wedding, we will hold a few meetings with each other to make sure we have got everything right and we both know how the day will run. We will also ensure you have a tasting evening prior to your big day to make sure you are sublimely happy with your menu! We care more than happy to cater for dietary requirements and for your super little guests to might be attending! What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding that I was asked to keep as interactive as possible… Big antipasti boards were sent to each table, then big joints of pork belly were sent to each table where we carved at each table then let the guests help themselves!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the fact I have wonderful family and friends who support me 100%! I am also proud to be able to work with charities for catering events.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Ask whatever questions you need to! don't feel like they are daft so not worth asking… you don't want to be getting to a week before the wedding and still frantically going through things that should have been sorted a long time ago!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Firstly I like to hold a meeting with you both to understand you a bit and for you to see if I'm the right person for you. We then bash ideas out about menus and pricing for a while and once you have decided on what you would like, I will hold a tasting evening for you. After that, we will hold a couple more meetings so we are all super happy with everything! You can email me to ask questions day and night and I'm only a phone call away if you need information ASAP. I ask that a deposit is paid to secure the date as soon as you would like to confirm the booking. Then full payment is needed 2 weeks prior to the big day.
How would you wow the judges on Masterchef?
Where my family come from in Italy…there is a tiny shop that makes a special pasta stamp from wood… I have two of these now and I would use one of these to make my stamped pasta with my ligurian pesto sauce. It's simple…but sometimes simple is the best.
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
The most interesting was a Festival themed wedding… Starter was: platters of small bites- ginger beer battered onion rings with smoked ketchup, mini burgers and french fries shooters, turkey twizzlers, mini fish and mushy peas. Main was: Chicken and mushroom Pie, Mash and roasted veg with gravy and Pud was: candy floss, mini jammy doughnuts, toffee apples and raspberry brownies.
What is the food of love?
for me… Pasta! I'm Italian and my weakness is Pasta! …someone puts a plate of pasta in front of me then i'm at my happiest! …And i'm at my happiest making it too.
What is your secret ingredient?
well it's secret!!! so I couldn't possibly tell you!!
