What is your most memorable wedding?
A New Year’s Eve surprise wedding, an intimate affair hosted in the client’s private residence where no expenses were spared! Pairing only the finest English wines with a generous family feasting menu with a room bathed in candlelight saw the guests leaving with contented tummies and happy memories.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
First and foremost don't allow the planning to overwhelm you, rely on the professionals you trust to guide you through the planning process. And always plan well ahead, the small details that make the difference can be time-consuming but immensely rewarding.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Wedding favours are where most couples like to inject a bit of their personality, we’ve seen inscribed flipflops that doubled up as place cards hanging off the back of each chair at a beach-themed wedding. “Mint to be” jars of mint-coloured mints at a wedding where mint was the main colour theme, the couple was crazy for the colour and we delivered!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Each enquiry starts with a detailed phone call during which we gather an understanding of the couple’s ideas and vision for the wedding. We invest this time from the beginning in order to build our understanding of each other from the get-go. After our first conversation, the initial quotation is created and so begins the discussions and quotation-tweaking! We’ll then meet on site or for a coffee to chat through the details in person and once you are satisfied with the quotation, confirmation and deposit paperwork is prepared and completed to secure your booking. Where appropriate, we invite couples in to taste the final menu and run through any remaining options and requests for the big day. On the day of, your original point of contact will oversee the wedding, managing the floor staff and liaising with the venue to ensure everything runs exactly according to plan!
