Cornish Waffle Box can cater for all kinds of sweet tooth. We sell Belgian Liege Waffles with a variety of toppings named after 80s children's TV Shows. Choose from medium or large and you could even have mini waffles for your favours if you wish. We had this at our own wedding. We are happy to style our horsebox "Winnie" in the colours of your wedding or add decoration if you wish. We can provide sweets for the kids and both hot and cold drinks. Although the waffles aren't dairy or gluten free we will cater for those who require these and can offer other equally yummy. We are the first horsebox in the UK that serves waffles and take pride in the fact we built and styled Winnie all by ourselves. Our business is professional, adaptable and affordable but most of all a little bit of fun.

What is your most memorable wedding?
We have yet to cater for a wedding but have one planned for this coming May. We are very excited about this and cannot wait to see how Winnie looks and how the guests react.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Cute, sassy, stylish, fun, retro
What about your business are you most proud of?
The fact that we transformed her ourselves. I must admit that Phil did the more "manual" work but I helped to paint her and was the driver behind the styling and the 80s references.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
It's your day so have what you want, not what other people think you should have, Unless it's out of your budget of course!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I have to choose my own wedding for this one. My son was my ring bearer, best friend styled my hair, sister in law gave me beautiful nails, family friend was the photographer and the best friend of the groom provided an amazing venue for us. Personal touches can really make the day feel even more special.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initially we have a chat about what we can offer and how flexible we are. It can take a few phone calls or emails but is led by the couple and what they are interested and we try to accomodate what they would like for a reasonable cost.
What is the food of love?
Sharing a Waffle. That is true love as you will really want to just keep it all to yourself!
