We hired Florentina Catering for our wedding back in March of this year. Gabrielle and the team were superb from the off, the tasting day was a memorable occasion in itself in that the Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely fantastic.
Even during the months and weeks leading up to the wedding Florentina provided constant support especially when we had to change or make last minute additions due to guest numbers fluctuating.
On the Wedding day itself Florentina setup everything and we did not have to worry at all because Gabrielle was always on hand to provide assistance or offer advice, they even liaised with another Company present to better co-ordinate the entire experience.
The food was incredible and there was lots of it, every single guest said how wonderful the food was and how stuffed they were at the end of the meal!
Worth every penny and highly recommended.
