Fully Loaded Pizza is a mobile pop-up pizzeria based in Bolton, UK and operating across the North West of England and beyond. We are a Mobile pizza catering family business run by friendly mother and daughter team – Jackie Shackleton and Kathy Fenton. We have both a marquee set up and a beautiful converted horse trailer.
Together we have been making pizza and catering for family and friends for years before finally turning our dream of catering for the masses into a reality.
