From canapés to bowl foods, fine dining, sharing platters, BBQs and evening food, we’ll design a wedding breakfast menu or whole day of refreshments to suit your style. Since 2009, Ginger Jar has been catering for a range of weddings for 50 to 150+ people, from informal dining, to formal fine-dining, buffets, canapés & afternoon teas. We’ve created Best of British sharing platters with groaning dessert tables to French fine dining, Spanish tapas, 'Whiskey & Smoke' concept menus and beyond.

We take a detailed brief from which we can create a bespoke wedding menu and quote. If you like what you see we work to refine this and then invite you for a wedding tasting. If all goes well, we get you booked in and take the stress away from your wedding catering from there!

Keep it simple. Perhaps exceptionally well made pasta w/ black truffle?

Our modern take on a duck a l'orange - Roast magret of duck, confit duck leg spring roll, star anise duck jus, mandarin gel, roast shallot petals & compressed cucumber
