Ginger Snap was founded in 2006 by Tania Dixon. She has been in the catering industry since 2000 and has a passion for delicious and beautiful food. Since then, the company has grown to take on two further event managers and two award winning full time chefs Allan Devlin and Jonathan Melville, who are constantly coming up with innovative and creative menu ideas and flavour combinations. We are a young and dynamic team using only the highest quality locally sourced ingredients, offering stunning canapés and designing menus to meet each client's specific desires for the perfect wedding. At Ginger Snap, we pride ourselves in providing the complete service, covering every detail from the way the napkins are tied to having helpful staff ready to welcome your guests with a perfectly chilled glass of champagne. Choose what you want as a couple, rather than trying to please everyone - it's your wedding day!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We've seen so many it's difficult to choose - we love it when couples design the menu to include something really personal to them, whether it's including flavours of the meal they had on their first date, or re-creating the pepperoni pizza for after dinner snacks that they ate after the New York proposal.
