Giuseppe is the best private chef I've ever met. As Americans, we don't get authentic Italian food that doesn't make us feel bloated or over-full - and Giuseppe showed us what from-scratch Italian food could really be. Healthy, delicious, enjoyable, and easy on our stomachs. He even got my husband in the kitchen making fresh raviolis in minutes.
We ate our fill of Italian heaven while enjoying the countryside of Scotland and will find a way to bring him to the States so others can enjoy his incredible food, his candor, and his love for feeding the people.
