From day one, I set out to provide a very personal approach to wedding catering, and I have never been dissuaded from this path.
I take great pride in handling every booking personally, from enquiry through to completion. I love to meet with prospective clients to listen to all their plans, then visit the venue to talk- and walk-through exactly how the day will run. As every event we cater for is unique, attention to detail is paramount, not only in the presentation of my food, but in all aspects of our service. Menu discussions can be lengthy, often involving tasting sessions, whether the request is for a simple set menu or a very special bespoke menu.
All my food is hand-made, from mouth-watering canapes, through hot or cold buffet selections or plated three-course menus, finishing with stunning desserts (my personal weakness) or even dessert canapes. If you dream of an English afternoon tea, with exquisite baked goodies, no problem; or if you prefer to organise a separate hog-roast or BBQ company, then we are happy to work alongside them if you would like accompanying canapes, salads, desserts etc. The service and menus we offer are totally flexible, and therefore so is the pricing structure. I do not work with a standard quote format - every function is different, so each quote is put together once your requirements have been established.
I can provide staffing appropriate to the extent and duration of the service required, as well as organise the hire of any equipment needed. I have a wonderful team of staff, all known personally to me, who love working for Glorious Food, under the direction of my front of house manager. They do a wonderful job, leaving me to concentrate on the stunning food! We are complimented as much on the friendly staff as the delicious food, which always makes me proud. I have received so many lovely testimonials from happy clients and have even become firm friends with some too.
