What is your most memorable wedding?
Wow, this is hard. being outdoor caterers every wedding and every venue is different. I love seeing venues transformed from barns and plain structures into incredible venues.

What about your business are you most proud of?
We source everything we use from within Yorkshire and have personal relationships with small suppliers in the region.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be organised early on and ENJOY IT!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We did a wedding in Autumn and they hung pine cones on the back of every chair
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It completely depends on the couples needs. We will start with an initial discussion from which I will put together a first estimate, from there we can discuss options and arrange a tasting.
How would you wow the Judges on Masterchef?
Fine dining we are not! our food is to be shared between friends, so we're all about passing food around. We are about flavour though, from our canapes that pack a punch in a mouthful to our desserts with carefully designed indulgent flavours, that's what'd wow them!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
We did an Asado, an argentinian BBQ with loads of different types of meats; Steaks, Chorizo, Chicken and Marinated Beef Shortrib, that were delivered to the tables on platters along with chimmichurri sauce and a host of salads. that was great.
