What is your most memorable wedding?
In December we catered for 385 heads at a Greek/English Wedding at the Decorium in London. It was 18 months in the planning and it went fantastically well. Please see pictures. We are currently working on a busy year for 2018 which includes many weddings at Colville Hall.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Our food is well sourced, skillfully prepared, beautifully presented and very competitively priced. We are seasonally driven and ensure the best ingredients are used and that the dishes are delicious and memorable.

All the wonderful letters of thanks and compliments from our clients.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Getting good caterers is essential. Be wary of inhouse catering.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Beautiful decorations and lighting around the top table.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet up discuss what they want their wedding to be and then we form menu ideas. The couple then come to our restaurant for a free tasting meal. Often they bring other family members too. After the tasting meal they select the dishes they want. I then draw up a detailed word document outlining every aspect of the day from start to finish.
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
We catered for a monster wedding! We had to tailor the food and cakes to their monster theme.
What is the food of love?
Any food beautifully prepared and delicious.
