I set up I Do Wedding Catering about seven years ago, when I started breeding my own pigs and doing hog roasts. Soon, I was asked to cater a wedding, and the business has grown rapidly ever since, with my partner (now wife), Kate, joining me in 2013. We love to help our clients with their wedding plans. We believe the food and service forms an important part of the big day, and we always take care to get it right.
Our approach is to make honest, home-made food with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients wherever possible; food that is tasty and memorable. It’s a real family business with our two sons working with us when they can. We also employ carefully chosen, experienced and friendly staff because we know how important these things are. Keeping the service personal, and providing the best we can for your big day, is what really matters to us. I still do the cooking too. Not so many hog roasts now though...
Over the years we have catered in some amazing venues. In fields and gardens, by lakes, in barns, and even half-way up a mountain in the middle of winter, we have always delivered a delicious menu, tailored to your requirements. We both get a real kick out of being part of our clients’ special day.
