My approach is one of tailoring the catering to your individual requirements. There are no "set" menus as everyone is different so I always start with your ideas and then we turn them into a menu you will love and be happy with.
Food is a very important part of your event so it is crucial to me that your choices are listened to and provided.
I prepare all the food from local sources and suppliers where possible and can also provide contacts to catering supply hire for your day.
