What is your most memorable wedding?
Delivering a perfect, five course meal from a catering tent in a flooded valley in Warwickshire in 2012. We all wore wellies, there was 3 inches of liquid mud across the marquee, the food was perfect, we kept smiling and they LOVED it.

Starting with nothing in an industry we knew nothing about and becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Find suppliers that are all-in and never have 'hidden extras' (us in other words!).
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Wellington Boots as flower vases. Lego characters as place names.

Our homemade Dauphinous potatoes.

Perfect pink lamb for 160 people.
