Our fish are collected directly from the boats, our meats are free range from our local quality family butcher & or organic vegetables come from some of the west country National Trust Gardens. Our Head chef has over 25 years experience in the Restaurant industry world wide. Michelin Trained in some of France's most renowned restaurant (Michelin start Le Goyen, Le Fouquet's Paris, Relais Bernard L'Oiseau) His Career span from Head Chef for Michelin star establishment to Director of Food and Beverage for for some of Britain best Restaurants. Mikael has a gained an uncompromising reputation for the finest French Cuisine in the South West. During his career he has cooked for celebrities including, Sir Roger Moore, Phil Colins, Luciano Pavarotti, Sophie Marceau, David Arnold, Professor Stephen Hawking, as well as various Head of States, Margaret Thatcher, Bill Clinton, Jacques Chirac. "Although I am French Born and bred, I fell in love with Britain especially Devon over 15 yrs ago, this is why my family and I decided to settle and set up business in Tiverton." What is your most memorable wedding?

Our Craziest Wedding moment has to be the day we arrived on site after having surveyed the venue the week before, to find that the kitchen had been removed two days prior. We had to be creative to say the least.

How would you wow the judges on Masterchef?

We would Much rather WoW our guests rather than the Judges on Masterchef & if you have us cater for your event this is exactly what we will do.

What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?

We create bespoke menus for most of our wedding & are only limited by the laws of Physics so almost anything possible. our duck liver ice-cream Cornetto with Crackeling flake Flake makes for an unsual ice breaker as a canape.

What is your secret ingredient?

Our secret ingredient is of course a family secret that my grandmother a head chef of 40yrs spent most of her life perfecting. I guess the best way to find out is to try some of our food.
